Kevin Jones is excited to announce a new venture into the wonderful world of Podcasting. The channel will be Kevin at 7. The idea will be content that is related to real estate, investing, life, community and all that comes with it.

JONES Commercial that represents the income, investment properties including commercial and industrial properties.

Property Management Solutions is our company that represents our owners. We have separate companies because the relationships between our owners and tenants are completely different.
Property Management (Tenants):
Rent Our Roof is a customer service based company for our tenant clients.
Property Management Certification:
We have taken and passed all the requirements to be certified property managers.
Certified Probate and Trust Specialists:
We have taken all the courses and passed all the tests to be certified Probate and Trust specialists.

Author:
Kevin Jones is a published Author. Its All About YOU first written in 2006. It is currently removed from the original publisher because they have failed to pay us for over a decade on book sales. It is currently being revised and will be re-released in 2025.
Focus Now:
This is an interesting book. Initially written in 2012 as an ebook. In 2024 there was a request to have a print copy. The original manuscript had been lost, Kevin had to purchase the ebook and transcribe it to submit for publication. In the process he updated and rewrote the book adding 30 pages, then re-editing 20 pages out. It is a very short book at 59 pages to focus your mindset first thing in the morning.
Mindset Now:
Is a follow up to Focus Now for the rest of the day, week, month and year. This 200 plus page book is jam packed with information and golden nuggets.
Kevin Jones:
Resides in Pismo Beach California with his wife of over 40 years. His three children are all productive members in society living in multiple states. Kevin operates multiple companies and spends a good portion of his time doing volunteer work. For more information click here.
Logo:
Kevin Jones had the company logo designed in 2004 when he opened his own real estate company. After being with ReMax for a decade, the red white and blue was great but at that time it seemed like the majority of the companies were only using those three colors. Kevin wanted to be different in every aspect, after doing research and designing the logo, he was one of the pioneers of a non-real estate based logo combines with the blue and green. The logo represents a Hyacinth Macaw and is significant to Kevin because he used to train and hand-feed birds as a hobby and business growing up. By the 7th grade Kevin had built a three flight outdoor aviary, supplied three pet stores with Lovebirds and Cockatiels.
