Property Management – Onboarding
Onboarding, what is it? In property management we create redundancy so that we have the information we need. We create a profile for the Owner and each Tenant on a 3×5 card for the home office, 4×6 card for the business office, a CRM profile in Follow Up Boss, our sales follow up and database system, a profile in buildium, our property management software and internet portal for our clients, both owners and tenants.
Also onboarding includes and covers all of the lease documentation signed, scanned and saved in multiple databases like California Association of Realtors secure transaction center, dropbox, property management software in your file and a hard copy in the file cabinet.
Lease Agreements
The vast majority of people think that a residential lease is a couple pages and done. That is so far from the truth. Depending on the City or County you are renting in, our lease forms, disclosures, etc. are between 83 and 86 pages. With our Resident Handbook being over 20 pages that puts each tenant at over 100 pages.
Shared Documents
We share from our Dropbox account so that you can access when you want and in the internet portal site that is easily to access also.
