Kevin Jones our Broker is the writer and creator of this very informative Resident Handbook. It is diverse because it covers a wide range of properties from residential to apartment buildings to commercial and industrial spaces.

We did our best to put everything we could all in one place. Information you will need from the time you move in to the time you move out. We have the utility companies and service providers, what to do in case of a repair and realistic expectation time of repair to when and how to pay the rent to house rules just to name a few.
Expectation:
In life if everyday was a perfect world it would be completely boring. We did our best to break everything down and explain in a way that will leave you with expectations that would be as close to real life as possible. Such as repairs, if it is 107 degrees outside and your AC goes out, there is a good chance your ac is not the only one not working and there will be a line, sometimes 2 to 5 days long and sometimes even longer. We will do our best but there will be circumstances that are out of our control.
